Best Burgers in Adelaide??
99 Gang is by far our favourite burger spot in Adelaide and one that we find ourselves in on a monthly basis!
The burgers are not dry but are also not dripping wet, have deliciously juicy patties, whether it's chicken or beef, come with high quality buns and delicious sauces - side note, the comeback sauce is to die for!!
Their tenders are flavourful and juicy and can definitely satisfy your chicken cravings. Their fries are delicious and crispy, and even better when dipped in some comeback sauce!
In addition to having some of the best burgers (and burger sauce) ever, they also have an incredibly tasty slaw (which they got rid of for a while and I'm pretty sure I convinced them to bring it back), which together with their chicken burger, makes me fall in love with burgers all over again.
And to be honest, we are so in love with their burgers and tenders that we have barely tried anything else, and as long as they have their chicken and slaw, I may never try their other menu options…
I must say, they have some of the friendliest staff we have interacted with. They are warm, usually make good conversation, have good speed of service, and good banter, and they generally treat you with kindness and look after you well.
In terms of price, their burgers are on the pricier side especially as they don’t come with chips and they’re not huge, but I would say you’re definitely paying for quality!
Their speed of service is great, you don’t wait long for your food and what I love about them is that when you’re out eating with a group of people, they will bring everyone’s food at the same time so you don’t have to sit there watching your friends eat.
They have a nice variety of burgers including a vegan one but also have “not burger” options such as the tenders which are also incredibly delicious. They have some snacks and also some shared items along with some dessert options! They also have an extensive drinks menu and some delicious cocktails and shots!
They are located on Hindley Street and you should definitely check them out for some delicious burgers or some good drinks, or both!
